Ashley Frank

Ashley Frank is the HR manager for Ceylon Gap Feeders.

Ashley is one of the newest members of the Ceylon team, joining in December 2018.

With a background in business marketing, Ashley has worked spent the last seven years working in HR capacities for the Canadian gaming and casino industry as well as oil and gas.

Ashley oversees all aspects of employee relations, including health and dental benefits, career recruiting, drafting job descriptions, reviewing applications, interviews and hiring.

She also manages training and development programs for employees whether it’s something as simple as software training or as hands-on and in-depth as WCB training. On the administrative side, Ashley has helped Ceylon develop many efficiencies with their processes, making operations more efficiently with less overhead.

She loves that her job is different each day and how the work environment feels more like a family than any other career. As Ashley says, “this is an organization that genuinely cares about its employees and makes a constant effort to nurture a positive and healthy work environment,” adding that the team at Ceylon promotes a strong sense of work-life balance.
